Dahi vada of Pahuva
Ingredients:-

500 gm Pahuva (Beaten Rice Grain)

100 gm Besan (Bengal Gram Dalflour)

500 gm curd
Oil, Coriander, Chilli, Ginger, Salt to taste, Asafoetida, Mustard Seeds for Seasoning, Red chilli powder
Method:-

Wash pahuva with water and immediately spread it in a plate. After it has absorbed the water add Besan, Salt, Coriander leaves, chilli and ginger paste and mix well.

Roll them into small round shape vadas and keep it aside.

Heat some oil in a pan and add these vadas 4 at a time and deep fry them till golden brown.

In a vessel beat curd and add salt to taste and keep aside [can add a little sugar also if desired]. Prepare some seasoning with oil, mustard seeds and asofetide and keep aside.
Servingsuggestion:-
Keep 3-4 pieces of fried vada in a plate to it add the beaten curd and decorate it with seasoning, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, cumin seed powder (if desired).
Potato Tava Puri
Ingredients :-

500 gm Bengal gram flour
-
500 gm Potatoes
-
1 kg Sugar
-
750 gm Ghee
-
250 gm Maida
-
Saffron and cardamom to taste
-
750 ml Milk
Method:-

Take Bengal gramdal and add milk and 85 gm of ghee to it. Mix it and keep aside for sometime then fry till brown.

Boil the potatoes and peel its skin and smash it. Heat 60 gm ghee in pan and to it add the smashed potatoes and fry them to make it into a dough.

Add both the dough of Bengal gramdal flour and potatoes and mix well.

Prepare a sugar syrup by adding water to 1 to 1.5 string now slowing add the sugar syrup to the previously prepared dough of potatoes and besna and boil it and make it in a dough by continuously rotating it.

Add saffron and cardamom to taste.

In a vessel knead Maida by adding ghee and water into a dough like the one for puri. Roll them into small puri and now fill it with one spoon of the above puran(Mixture of potato and besan) and close it.

Now slowly make puris of it. In a tava add some ghee and keep one puri at a time and roast it like paratha on both sides well your tava puri is ready to be served to Shri Thakorji.
